Make checks payable to Common Ground Ministries and annotate EOH in the memo line. Mail the completed registration and check to:

We will notify you when your registration is received. In the event space is full, you will receive a full refund. Once your registration is confirmed, you can cancel on or before September 1st and receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $50 cancellation charge.

There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 1st.
